Work Adjustment Training
Our Work Adjustment training program is designed to provide a working environment for disabled and disadvantaged participants. There are three goals:
1. The number one goal in the program is to assist in developing work skills.
2. Secondly, through the course of the program, an individual is given the opportunity to develop a successful work history, which will help in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment.
3. Thirdly, the program will help identify and resolve living skill issues (like housing, childcare, and budgeting, etc) which may affect the ability to get and keep a job.
