LCS maintains a holistic approach to developing a person with a disability. We address physical, emotional, and attitudinal competencies as well as other facets of work related requirements. LCS is trained in behavioral management techniques. Each supervisor maintains a high level of personal commitment to develop each individual to function appropriately and competitively in the regular work world.
